With plenty of Public Beach Access points along the island, getting to the sandy expanses is easy and convenient. There you can simply sunbathe or enjoy any number of water sports. During the Summer months, lifeguards and beach patrols make sure the beaches are safe. Wrightsville Beach has some of the most luxurious marinas on the coast of North Carolina, and that means that there are charter boats in abundant supply as well.
